fix: auto-fix findings from no-mistakes review

- Remove duplicate  import
- Fix  →  in create ticket
- Fix  →  in ticket detail
- Add note field to TicketUpdate schema and handle note-only updates in backend
- Update frontend submitNote() to use PATCH endpoint
