Subject: [PATCH] chore(agents): replace CLAUDE.md symlink with canonical
 @AGENTS.md pointer file

fm-ensure-agents-md.sh converted the tracked AGENTS.md symlink into the
real-file pointer form, removing the dangling-symlink hazard.
