- Remove guides from LeftToolbar pane type buttons
- Remove 'guides' from PaneType union and PANE_LABELS
- Remove GuidesPane from pane exports and ThreePanelLayout rendering
- Add migration to reset persisted slots that had type 'guides'
- Guides remain accessible via Settings modal (GuidesViewer tab)
