F2 from contract-alignment-fixes-wave1-20260928.

Line 300 of hermes-agent-baseline.prose.md says the health check validates all 4 LiteLLM keys. Reality: only tanko has a live LiteLLM proxy (192.168.68.116:4000 with valid master key); mumuni, tdunna, abiba are DSH-only (no proxy, no key).

The check script does not validate 4 keys — it validates the proxy on .116:4000 (shared by mumuni and tdunna) plus tanko's .116:4000. The other CTs are DSH-only.

PR #145 originally claimed 'the other 3 CTs are DSH-only' but all 4 agents
run a Hermes gateway. Only tanko additionally runs DSH, making it the hybrid
one. Fixed line 300 to say what the contract actually checks for each agent,
and fixed line 76 to stop asserting tanko's Hermes config is gone.
