Updates infrastructure-update.prose.md to match verified reality on the ground.

Changes

  1. Fix CT→VM references (VM 109 docker-vm, VM 101 llm-gpu, VM 103 ocu-llm)
  2. Add CT 116 syslog-api for inference-harness (verified running LiteLLM + monitoring)
  3. Remove deprecated stacks (Komodo, Dockhand, Kokoro TTS, Monitoring)
  4. Fix Firecrawl health endpoint from /health to /

Verification

  • ✅ All Docker containers healthy on VM 109 and CT 116 after Wave 3 updates
  • ✅ Cluster healthy, all 5 nodes quorate
  • ✅ Rolling reboots completed on new kernel 7.0.14-3-pve
