Removes deliverables/scot-hermes-playbook/ from this repo.

Why

That package (the Scot Murray Hermes playbook, its review, and its research dossier) was added directly to master in c7af7c0 and extended in 64ccf65, in violation of this repo's own rule: "No agent pushes directly to main. All changes go through PRs with automated validation."

It also should not live here at all:

This repo is for prose contracts, not client deliverables. The path was a bad fit.
prose-contracts is publicly readable (private: false), so client engagement material was exposed beyond the intended audience.
The pushes succeeded despite the branch protection this repo's AGENTS.md documents for main - worth a separate look, since it suggests any agent can push unvalidated.

Where the material lives now

The deliverable and its provenance are preserved outside the repo:

/home/hermes/syslog/drafts/scot-hermes-playbook/ (playbook, PDF, review, research, delivery record)
/home/hermes/syslog/projects/murray-capital/deliverables/ (the client-facing set: cheatsheet + weekend runbook)

Scope

No contract files are touched. The change is a single directory removal, landing through a PR this time so CI validates it.

Both commits are unwound by removing the path here, through a PR this time.
