Description
Create Zulip bot users for all 6 agents plus the @all-bots broadcast bot.

Bot Users: tanko-bot, mumuni-bot, koonimo-bot, koby-bot (Hermes), abiba-bot (openclaw), kagentz-bot (A0), all-bots (broadcast)

AC: All 7 created, unique API keys, subscribed to #agent-hub, names match ADR-003.

Depends: #2 Zulip healthy

Priority: P0 — Critical

⚠️ Pre-implementation review note from Abiba: This issue labels Abiba as "openclaw" but Abiba runs on pi (pi coding harness, TypeScript extensions at ~/.pi/agent/extensions/). Issue #9 (the Core Zulip Extension) should be re-titled to "pi — Core Zulip Extension (TypeScript)" and all references to openclaw changed to pi. See commit 66c6d49 on the fix/abiba-platform-label branch for corrected docs.
